MY PROMISE

To every player and family this program serves:

“I promise to provide a positive and healthy atmosphere where our players feel supported and motivated. I promise to provide an atmosphere where young women genuinely enjoy coming to the softball field each day. I promise to provide high quality instruction to our players paired with consistent and encouraging feedback to help each player grow in skill and confidence. I promise to never lose sight of the belief that every player in my program matters. That each athlete is valued, respected and given the opportunity to develop, contribute and succeed as part of a team. I promise to create an atmosphere where young women can develop lifelong friendships and support systems with their teammates. I promise to teach the importance of competitive edge and winning as it is a must in this game and life. That being said, I promise to prioritize the importance of their LOVE OF THE GAME as it is crucial for the continued development of women in sports. This program understand that this is THEIR game, and THEY are the future. We are a vehicle to help these young women succeed. That is youth coaching.”
